This bundle includes access to the following CPD-UK accredited modules:
Competent Quality Manager (CQM) – Gain in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems (QMS) principles. Learn how to implement and maintain QMS frameworks, manage audit lifecycles, and apply continuous improvement methods. This module prepares professionals for quality management roles and equips them with tools to enhance customer-centric processes.
Competent Improvement Manager (CIM) – Master the Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC and DMADV through hands-on exercises and case studies. Learn to apply Lean Six Sigma tools for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and quality control across various industries. This module positions professionals to lead successful process improvement initiatives and earn certification in process management.
Competent Project Manager (CPM) – Develop critical project management skills aligned with PMI and PMBOK® standards. Explore Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strategic planning, and project execution techniques. This module prepares participants for CAPM certification and empowers them to lead projects effectively with ethical leadership and strong decision-making skills.
Participants receive 6 months of access to all three modules and earn a CPD-UK accredited certificate of 60 CPD points upon completing the MDP modules.
